4.0 DUTIES DURING INSPECTION
4.1 In addition to and not with-standing any duties which are required to ensure compliance with criteria in section 4 the following duties shall be carried out where and when necessary:-
a) Immediate correction of critical de ciencies
b) Recording of instances of non-compliances
c) Discussion with management of areas of concern
d) Water uptake tests (see Appendix 2)
e) Monitoring of company quality control records
f) Monitoring of management in disease judgements and
dispositions
g) Monitoring in plant residue testing
h) Water quality tests
i) Initiation of formal proceedings to obtain compliance
j) Pre-operational inspections
k) Provide advice on cleaning
l) Submission of a detailed completed inspection check list to
inspectors’ supervision and management following each visit.
m) Collection of samples as required.
